Shipping policy
(1) The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the date of the order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for invoice purchases, e.g. via Klarna). If no delivery time or no differing delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally 2-4 working days (Monday to Saturday) for deliveries within the Netherlands.
(2) The following delivery restrictions apply: The Provider only delivers to Customers who have their habitual residence (billing address and delivery address) in one of the countries selectable at the time of the order.
(3) The corresponding shipping costs – if applicable – are stated for the Customer in the order process and the order form and are to be borne by the Customer.
(4) The goods are shipped by parcel service (carrier at the Provider’s choice, usually DHL). The Provider bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping if the Customer is a consumer.

Increases the number of smart home devices (DECT ULE)
The FRITZ!Smart Gateway increases the number of devices that can be used in the smart home. Do this by connecting additional devices with the FRITZ!Smart Gateway. The smart home devices are integrated into the existing FRITZ! Smart Home, so you can thus control a larger number of sockets, radiator controls and other devices.
The FRITZ!Smart Gateway shifts the boundaries of your FRITZ! Smart Home.
Supports Matter for uniform networking
Matter makes it possible: Control your FRITZ! Smart Home with voice commands, for instance via Amazon Alexa or Google Home. This is achieved using Matter, an open standard for the uniform networking and control of smart home devices. Connect your FRITZ! Smart Home platforms from other providers and benefit from additional smart home integrations. For example, you can now operate your FRITZ!DECT radiator control by voice or switch the FRITZ!Smart sockets with a Matter-compatible motion sensor.

Automatic updates, support and data security: FRITZ! has got it
Your FRITZ!Smart devices receive regular automatic updates with new functions and improved security. FRITZ! means something special: The FRITZ!Smart Gateway comes with long product maintenance. Automation and the control of the FRITZ! Smart Home are performed with the FRITZ!Box; if desired, access from on the go is possible, for instance with the FRITZ!App Smart Home.
